The WISols group was started back in late summer 2005, before any of us had our Solstices, back in the long wait days of early production for the 2006 model year. At that time there were no Skys being produced, and our club was named to reflect the Pontiac Solstice. Now we certainly do have several Saturn Skys that regularly come to meets, they are part of the group, hands down! Eventually as the number of Skys builds, along with Solstices, I envision two clubs, but with participation between the two!

Planning for the balance of the 2007 summer & fall is underway, with meets scheduled for July, August (perhaps two!), and probably 2 in September. October can be iffy weather, although in 2006 that was the busiest month for meets, with only one 'off' weekend!

An early September 2008 remote meet is also in the early planning stages, it was started as more of a joke than reality, but now there are 9 Sols signed up to spend a week or so in the Colorado Rockies! Just goes to show that the folks that own these cars love to drive them!
